Members of the Littleborough & District Lions thank the Pennine Health Visiting Team
for a job well done.
Following the collection for and packing of Food Bags for the local needy families, carried out by Littleborough Lions, the Pennine Health Visiting Team set to and made sure that the food bags were distributed to the families that needed them, in good time for Christmas. A Heath Visiting Team Member said that it was good to be able to distribute the food and that it does make a real difference to these families at Christmas. Our Club President said that it is excellent when teams in the community can work together to produce such positive results.
Again, the members of the Littleborough & District Lions Club would like to thank everyone involved, including the Local Stores that allowed us to collect, the generous local people who contributed and the Health visitors who took care of the distribution of the food bags.
