HOW DOES IT WORK?
Keep the completed card in your wallet or purse.
If you are injured in an accident or fall ill in the street, any of the services attending you will find the card in your wallet or purse and will be able to contact the relevant people. They will also be aware of any allergies or special needs that you may have.
WHAT HAVE I TO DO?
Pick up a card from your local surgery/Dentist/Library.
The distinctive dispenser (Shown below) will be available either on the counter top or pinned to the notice board.
Fill in the details on the back of the card and keep it in your wallet or purse.
